شروط الخدمة
تحكم هذه الشروط استخدامك لخدمة LeadPilot AI.
١. القبول
بإنشاء حساب أو استخدام LeadPilot AI فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط نيابةً عن نفسك وعن الشركة التي تمثّلها. وإن لم توافق فلا تستخدم الخدمة.
٢. الخدمة
LeadPilot AI نظام CRM سحابي وتطبيق اتصال لأندرويد، يستقبل العملاء المحتملين من منصات الإعلان المرتبطة، ويساعد الموظفين على متابعتهم بالاتصال والواتساب، ويعرض النتائج. وقد تتغير المزايا مع تطور الخدمة.
٣. الحسابات والأمان
أنت مسؤول عن الحسابات التي تنشئها وعن سرية بيانات الدخول وعن تصرفات موظفيك. أبلغنا فوراً على info@leadpilotai.co إذا اشتبهت بدخول غير مصرّح به.
٤. مسؤولياتك
- استخدم الخدمة بشكل نظامي ولأعمالك الخاصة فقط.
- احصل على أي موافقة أو إذن يشترطه النظام أو المنصة قبل التواصل مع الأشخاص، ومنها الرسائل التسويقية عبر الواتساب، واحتفظ بها. أنت من يحدد من تتواصل معهم وأنت مسؤول عن هذا القرار.
- التزم بسياسات المنصات التي تربطها، ومنها Meta (فيسبوك وإنستغرام وWhatsApp Business) وTikTok وSnapchat.
- لا تستخدم الخدمة لإرسال رسائل مزعجة أو للإساءة أو الخداع أو لاختراق أمن الخدمة أو أمن عملاء آخرين.
٥. المنصات المرتبطة
ربط منصة طرف ثالث قرارك، وتحكمه شروط تلك المنصة. نصل فقط إلى ما تأذن به، وتستطيع فصل الربط في أي وقت. وقد تغيّر المنصة خدماتها أو قواعدها أو توقفها، وهذا قد يؤثر على المزايا المعتمدة عليها.
٦. بياناتك
أنت مالك البيانات التي تدخلها في الخدمة، وتسمح لنا بمعالجتها فقط لتقديم الخدمة كما في سياسة الخصوصية.
٧. التوفر والتغييرات
نعمل على بقاء الخدمة متاحة لكننا لا نعد بعمل متواصل بلا انقطاع. تُقدَّم الخدمة «كما هي» بدون ضمانات، عدا ما لا يسمح النظام باستبعاده.
٨. الرسوم
الرسوم، إن وُجدت، هي رسوم الباقة أو الاتفاق الذي تقبله، ونخبرك قبل تغيّر أي رسم.
٩. الإيقاف والإنهاء
يمكنك التوقف عن استخدام الخدمة وطلب إغلاق حسابك في أي وقت. ويجوز لنا إيقاف الوصول أو إنهاؤه عند مخالفة هذه الشروط أو إذا أوجب النظام ذلك أو إذا عرّض الاستخدام الخدمة أو عملاء آخرين للخطر. وبعد الإغلاق نتعامل مع البيانات كما في سياسة الخصوصية.
١٠. المسؤولية
بالقدر الذي يسمح به النظام، لا تتحمل LeadPilot الخسائر غير المباشرة أو التبعية أو ضياع الأرباح أو الخسائر الناتجة عن منصة طرف ثالث، وتقتصر مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية على الرسوم التي دفعتها في الاثني عشر شهراً السابقة للمطالبة.

Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of LeadPilot AI.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using LeadPilot AI you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the business you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
LeadPilot AI is a cloud CRM and an Android calling app that receive leads from connected advertising platforms, help staff follow them up by phone and WhatsApp, and report results. Features may change as the service develops.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for the accounts you create, for keeping credentials confidential, and for the actions of your staff. Tell us immediately at info@leadpilotai.co if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Your responsibilities
- Use the service lawfully and only for your own business.
- Obtain and keep any consent or opt-in that the law or a platform requires before you contact people, including marketing messages on WhatsApp. You decide whom you contact and you are responsible for that decision.
- Follow the policies of the platforms you connect, including Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business), TikTok and Snapchat.
- Do not use the service to send spam, to harass, to deceive, or to break the security of the service or other customers.
5. Connected platforms
Connecting a third-party platform is your choice and is governed by that platform’s own terms. We access only what you authorize and you can disconnect at any time. A platform may change or end its services or rules, which can affect features that depend on it.
6. Your data
You own the data you bring to the service. You allow us to process it only to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. The service is provided “as is” without warranties beyond those the law does not allow us to exclude.
8. Fees
Fees, if any, are those of the plan or agreement you accept. We will tell you before a fee changes.
9. Suspension and ending
You may stop using the service and ask to close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, if the law requires it, or if use puts the service or other customers at risk. After closing we handle data as stated in the Privacy Policy.
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows, LeadPilot is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or loss caused by a third-party platform, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
