تعليمات حذف البيانات
يمكنك أن تطلب منا حذف البيانات الشخصية التي نحتفظ بها. اختر الحالة التي تنطبق عليك.
إذا كنت شخصاً وصلت بياناتك إلى شركة تستخدم LeadPilot
تواصل مع الشركة مباشرة، أو راسلنا على info@leadpilotai.co بعنوان «طلب حذف بيانات». اذكر رقم الجوال أو البريد المراد حذفه واسم الشركة إن كنت تعرفه. نتحقق من هويتك ونعمل مع الشركة على حذف البيانات ونؤكد لك بالبريد خلال ٣٠ يوماً.
إذا ربطت فيسبوك أو إنستغرام أو واتساب عبر LeadPilot
- أزل LeadPilot AI من فيسبوك: الإعدادات ← تكاملات الأعمال (أو التطبيقات والمواقع) ← LeadPilot AI ← إزالة.
- ثم راسلنا على info@leadpilotai.co بعنوان «طلب حذف بيانات» فنحذف رمز الوصول والبيانات التي خزّناها من ربطك، ونؤكد لك بالبريد.
إذا كنت عميلاً لدى LeadPilot
يستطيع مدير مساحة العمل فصل أي حساب مرتبط في أي وقت من داخل LeadPilot، فينقطع وصولنا. ولحذف مساحة العمل كاملة أو بيانات محددة، راسلنا من بريد مدير ونؤكد الطلب قبل تنفيذه.
ماذا يحدث
نحذف البيانات من أنظمتنا خلال ٣٠ يوماً. أما السجلات التي يوجب النظام الاحتفاظ بها، مثل سجلات الفوترة، فنحتفظ بها للمدة المطلوبة فقط.
Data Deletion Instructions
You can ask us to delete personal data we hold. Choose the case that describes you.
If you are a person whose details reached a business that uses LeadPilot
Contact that business directly, or email info@leadpilotai.co with the subject “Data deletion request”. Include the phone number or email address to delete and, if you know it, the name of the business. We confirm your identity, work with the business to delete the data, and confirm to you by email, within 30 days.
If you connected Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp through LeadPilot
- Remove LeadPilot AI in Facebook: Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites) → LeadPilot AI → Remove.
- Then email us at info@leadpilotai.co with the subject “Data deletion request” and we delete the access token and the data we stored from your connection, and confirm by email.
If you are a LeadPilot customer
A workspace administrator can disconnect any connected account at any time inside LeadPilot, which stops our access. To delete the whole workspace or specific data, email us from an administrator’s address and we confirm the request before carrying it out.
What happens
We delete the data from our systems within 30 days. Records that the law requires us to keep, such as billing records, are kept only for the required period.
